About the job
Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for creating, installing, operating, maintaining and supporting server software images, both for Operating Systems and assigned applications, and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in these areas. You will also analyze and resolve assigned level 2 incident and problem tickets as well as support the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Analyst (Processing & Storage) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems (latest versions) in a large scale LAN-based client-server environment using Active Directory Services is required.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
